Masterclass@Sirris: How to transition from linear to circular KPIs?

On 18th of January 2022 Nele presented part of af Mastergedeelte van de Masterclass on the topic of Circular performance tracking methods, organized by Sirris. Ze presented a hands-on plan to guide companies in their transition to circular business practices. Of course she gave a range of real-life corporate examples and as always, she emphasized the importance of identifying conflicts of interest that may exist within a company and its staff.
